Audit Led by a PartnerFrom Day One to Sign-Off

Statutory financial statement audits (مراجعة القوائم المالية) for LLCs, interim reviews, and agreed-upon procedures (إجراءات متفق عليها) — SOCPA-licensed, with the founding partner personally on every engagement.

Financial audit report review

Why this matters

CFO or Finance Director at a mid-to-large company evaluating whether their current auditor (مكتب مراجعة حسابات) is worth keeping.

  • Turnaround time before board/lender deadlines
  • Whether a partner is actually involved, or just a signature at the end
  • A clean, defensible audit opinion — not the cheapest one

Our Methodology

  • 1.Scoping call with the partner — industry, standards, and deadline confirmed upfront
  • 2.Control and IT/ERP walkthrough, then statistical sampling of transactions
  • 3.Fieldwork findings reviewed with you before anything is finalized
  • 4.Signed opinion delivered — with the partner still reachable after sign-off

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you audit unlisted joint-stock companies?

Not yet — SOCPA requires 5 years from firm-license issuance before a firm can audit unlisted JSCs (Article 8, Executive Regulations of the Accounting and Auditing Profession Law), and our license (933) reaches that mark in 2028. We can audit LLCs and provide agreed-upon procedures in the meantime.

What does an audit typically cost?

SAR 6,000–25,000 for SME engagements, from SAR 50,000 for large or complex enterprises — quoted after a short scoping call, not a flat rate card.

How fast can you turn an audit around?

2–3 weeks from complete documentation for most SME and mid-market engagements.

Do you provide an independent auditor's report we can hand to our bank?

Yes — every engagement concludes with a signed independent auditor's report accepted by banks, lenders, and regulators.
